Follow the Money
When working for yourself it is all too easy to forget money and simply focus on the next order or “doing the work”. Rather than seeing money as another task that has to be done, this workshop looks at how to use income to help structure and plan your business. It also considers the issues of working capital, income for you and the business, and managing risk by asking 'what if' questions.
One company owner was working flat out to pay for premises and staff only to find that by changing the way he operated he could actually enjoy life.
Your business needs to work with your finance, not against it.
