This event is an online workshop
We welcome all business practitioners to attend our skill focused workshops. Each workshop is independent however the benefit is seen in the third session when all materials and learning are combined together.
Marketing & Sales (part 1, 2 & 3)
This practical 3-part seminar programme will focus on Marketing in the 1st session, Sales in the 2nd session and the creation of your own Marketing Plan, in the 3rd session. Attendance at part 1 and part 2 is compulsory before progressing to part 3.
Part 2: SALES
A range of selling styles will be explored and key sales tactics demonstrated. This will allow you to identify your own style of selling, to take away and develop, ready for part 3.

The workshops will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. You will need two devices i.e. a laptop and a mobile phone in order to access all the materials and activities.
The workshops are each 4 hours each in duration: Two hours as a group with Facilitator led content, an hour independent task-focused self-study and a final hour of group, Facilitator led discussion. The programme is 12-hours in length.

Zoe O’Donnell is a Marketing & Enterprise Specialist. She has an honours degree in Retail Marketing, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing (Chartered Marketer), a Masters (PGCE) and 25-years continuous employment working as a Marketing professional: She began her career with Unilever on their Graduate Training Programme before becoming a Brand Marketing Director for a London based PLC. Opted out of the Corporate World, after 10-years and for the past 12-years has been self-employed as a Marketing Consultant.
Zoe currently Lectures at four London Universities, runs Workshops and works as a Business Advisor, helping small business owners to establish and grow their enterprises.
