Selling & Negotiation Skills Part 2

This practical 2-part seminar programme will focus on sales in the initial session and the following week, the 2nd session will focus on application

This practical 2-part seminar programme will focus on sales in the initial session and a few weeks later, the 2nd session will focus on applying these newly acquired selling skills within the Negotiation process.

Part 2: How to achieve a positive outcome from a business discussion will be broken down into stages within the negotiation process.

Then, using your own style of selling (developed in part 1) we will create a negotiation matrix for your business and use it to practice a negotiation.

Zoe O’Donnell is a Marketing & Enterprise Specialist.  She has  an honours degree in Retail Marketing, a postgraduate diploma in Marketing (Chartered Marketer), a Masters (PGCE) and 25-years continuous employment working as a Marketing professional:  She began her career with Unilever on their Graduate Training Programme before becoming a Brand Marketing Director for a London based PLC.  Opted out of the Corporate World, after 10-years and for the past 12-years has been self-employed as a Marketing Consultant.

Zoe currently Lectures at four London Universities, runs Workshops and works as a Business Advisor, helping small business owners to establish and grow their enterprises.
